These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text-message program operated by Orah Consultancy Services LLC ("Orah Consultancy," "OCS," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description
The Orah Consultancy SMS Program is a recruitment and client-services communications program. Through the Program, we send candidates and clients informational and conversational text messages related to the IT career coaching, job placement, and healthcare RCM services we provide.
2. Consent & Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:
- Submitting our Contact form at www.orahconsultancy.com/contact with the SMS consent checkbox marked.
- Providing verbal consent during a recorded discovery call.
- Confirming consent in writing via email after we have initiated contact through a non-SMS channel.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber to the mobile number provided or have authority to enroll that number.
3. Message Types
Once enrolled, you may receive messages including:
- Interview scheduling and confirmations — proposed times, location/link details, confirmations, and reminders.
- Application status updates — shortlisting, feedback from client interviews, and next steps.
- Coaching session reminders — upcoming session times and preparation notes.
- Document and information requests — resume updates, work authorization documents, references.
- Conversational follow-up — direct replies from your Orah Consultancy point of contact.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active engagement with us. During an active job search or coaching engagement, you can expect approximately 2 to 10 messages per week. Outside of an active engagement, messages will be infrequent.
5. Costs
Orah Consultancy does not charge any fee for participating in this SMS program. However, standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Please consult your carrier for details.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Help & Opt-Out Commands
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP for support. You will receive a message with our contact information and a link back to these SMS Terms.
If you previously opted out, reply START to re-enroll, or submit our Contact form again.
You can also opt out at any time by emailing info@orahconsultancy.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" from the mobile number you wish to unsubscribe.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Eligibility
The Program is available only to individuals located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number enrolled.
10. Disclaimers
SMS delivery is dependent on the availability and capacity of mobile networks. Orah Consultancy is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages caused by network conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The Program is provided on an "as-is" basis.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled subscribers by SMS or email before the changes take effect. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
